From which day is the transit time counted?

The delivery time is counted from the day the goods arrive at our warehouse in China — not from the day you placed the order on Taobao or 1688. Delivery inside China depends on the seller and is outside our control.

Payment by volume (volumetric weight)

For bulky but light goods, the charge is based on volume rather than weight. This rule applies to toys, chairs, plastic items and similar cargo.

Clothing is an exception — it is always charged by actual weight.

Before you buy on Taobao, send us the item's dimensions (length × width × height) — we'll calculate the cost in advance.

• Receiving and storing the goods at our warehouse in China
• Transport to Uzbekistan (air or road)
• Customs clearance
• Free delivery to our branches in the regions
• Within Tashkent — free delivery to your address for shipments over 5 kg

Rates for equipment and technical parts (spare parts) are agreed separately. For this kind of cargo, please contact our operator first.

Paying with DUR cashback

You earn 1 DUR for every 1 kg of cargo. 1 DUR equals the shipping cost of 50 grams of cargo. You can use the DUR you have collected as part of the payment for your next orders.

For example: if you ordered 5 kg and have collected 20 DUR, you can cover the payment for 1 kg with DUR and pay for the remaining 4 kg in cash.

DUR does not last forever: DUR earned from an order is valid for 90 days, the welcome and referral bonuses for 60 days, and the birthday bonus for 10 days.

Payment rule

Cargo is handed over to the customer only after payment has been made in full. Even if the goods stay at the warehouse for a while (because you want to collect them with your next batch), the cargo fee has to be paid in advance.
