Customs and documents

Every shipment from China goes through Uzbek customs. Door to Door takes care of this stage — all we need from you is accurate details and documents. Below you'll find the process, the documents required and the list of goods that cannot be shipped.

How customs clearance works

Once the goods arrive at Tashkent airport, your order moves to the “🛂 At the airport” status. Customs clearance takes place at this stage.

When clearance is complete, the cargo is delivered to our warehouse and the status changes to “🏠 In Tashkent” — from then on you can pick it up or request delivery.

What we need from you

Customs clearance is tied to your personal details. The following information, which you enter when registering, is used for exactly this purpose:

  • Passport or ID card series
  • Photos of the front and back of your passport / ID card
  • PINFL number — it must be clearly visible on the back of the document
  • Full address (region, district and address)

Enter your details in Latin letters only and without mistakes. Incorrect or incomplete details cause cargo to be held at customs.

Don't delete your Telegram chats

Don't delete your chat history with the bot and the admin. If we need additional information about you and cannot reach you, this directly affects getting your cargo released from customs.

Fully prohibited goods

The following goods cannot be shipped from China. These rules are strict and follow customs requirements:

  • Phones
  • Computers
  • Tablets and iPads
  • TV sets
  • Live plants and seeds
  • Dried plants (herbarium)
  • Medicines
  • Medical equipment
  • Drones
  • Bladed weapons
  • Pyrotechnics
  • Pornographic materials
  • Intimate products
  • Live animals
  • Gold items
  • Food products
  • Substances in powder form

If these rules are not followed, the company bears no responsibility. A prohibited item may be held or confiscated at customs.

Goods shipped by road only

The following goods are not prohibited, but they are not carried by air — we ship them only on the road route:

  • Flammable substances (perfume, liquids)
  • Power banks and goods that consist mostly of a battery

Not sure about your item?

If you don't know which of the lists above your item falls under, or you have a question about customs payments, message our operator before you buy. It takes a few minutes and saves your cargo from being held at customs.
