How to order from China
Buying on Taobao, 1688 or Pinduoduo and getting it to Uzbekistan takes five steps: you register in the bot, get your DTD ID, enter our warehouse address as the delivery address in the Chinese store, we ship the goods once they reach our warehouse, and in Tashkent you either pick them up yourself or have a courier deliver them.
Step by step
Register in the Telegram bot
Open the @doortodoor_cargo_bot bot and follow the instructions. You enter your first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, passport details and address. Write everything in Latin letters.
Get your DTD ID number
The bot automatically assigns you a DTD ID. This number is your personal identifier at our warehouse. An admin usually approves your details within 24 hours; you can place orders while you wait.
Enter our warehouse address in the Chinese store
When you buy an item on Taobao, 1688 or Pinduoduo, enter the address of our warehouse in China — the one you received in the bot — as the delivery address. Replace “ID .....” in the address with your own DTD ID number. The addresses for air and road are different — be sure to keep the “(By land)” note in the road address.
Wait for the goods to reach our warehouse in China
The seller delivers the goods to our warehouse in China. When they are received, your order moves to the “🇨🇳 In China” status and the bot sends you a message. The delivery time starts counting from this day.
Track your cargo and collect it in Tashkent
The goods are assigned to a batch and set off (✈️ On the way), clear customs at Tashkent airport (🛂 At the airport), then arrive at our warehouse (🏠 In Tashkent). After you pay, you pick them up yourself or a courier delivers them.
About the China warehouse address
The address is given to you in the bot after you register. Copy it into the delivery field of the Chinese store exactly as it was given — don't make mistakes in the Chinese characters and don't change the phone number.
The most common mistake is leaving out the DTD ID number. Without it, when the goods reach the warehouse it is impossible to tell who they belong to.
The air and road addresses are different. The road address must contain the note “(By land)” — the warehouse sorts cargo by it.
Air or road — which should I choose?
Air is delivered in 4–7 days and starts from 9.49 $/kg. Road is delivered in 20–25 days and starts from 5.5 $/kg.
Air makes more sense for urgent and light cargo, road is more economical for heavy cargo that isn't urgent. Goods such as perfume and power banks are shipped by road only.
Check before you order
- Make sure the item is not on the prohibited list
- If the item is bulky, send us its dimensions in advance — it will be charged by volume
- If the item is fragile, select “delivery in the box” in the bot
- Check that you have added your DTD ID number to the address
When your cargo arrives
Once your cargo reaches our warehouse, pick it up in good time or use our delivery service. We deliver to our branches in the regions free of charge; within Tashkent, shipments over 5 kg are delivered to your address for free.
You can pick up cargo from our Tashkent warehouse until 23:00.
Cargo is handed over only after payment has been made in full.
