DUR — loyalty program
DUR is the loyalty program for Door to Door customers. It is not a discount coupon: the DUR you collect covers delivery WEIGHT. 1 DUR = 50 grams of free cargo. The more you ship, the more DUR you collect, your tier goes up — and you earn more DUR for the same weight.

What DUR is and what it is worth
DUR is a unit of weight. Every 1 DUR covers 50 grams of delivery. So 20 DUR = 1 kg of free cargo.
That is why the value of DUR in soums works itself out: the weight is multiplied by the tariff and the exchange rate. If the tariff changes, the value of DUR adjusts with it — nothing needs to be recalculated.
DUR cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another customer. It is used only to cover delivery weight.
The math
1 DUR = 50 grams → 20 DUR = 1 kg of free cargo
Every batch of DUR has its own expiry date. When it passes, that batch burns — so it is better to spend DUR than to hoard it. There is also a way to pause the clock: the shield (below).
Step by step: how the program works
There is nothing to switch on or apply for. Every registered customer takes part in the program.

You register
You register through the Telegram bot and get your DTD ID. As soon as your application is approved, 5 DUR lands in your account — that's 250 grams of free cargo.

You ship cargo
Once your cargo arrives in Tashkent and is weighed, you earn DUR based on its weight. On the Start tier that's 1 DUR per kg, on the Elite tier 1.5 DUR.

Your tier goes up
Your tier is calculated from the kilograms you shipped over the last 12 months. Plus unlocks at 10 kg, Pro at 25 kg, Elite at 40 kg. No application needed — the tier changes by itself.

You complete missions
Your account has monthly and one-time missions: ship N kg this month, take part in two departures, ship by road, invite a friend. Each one gives extra DUR.

You pay with DUR
When paying for an order you use your DUR: every 20 DUR makes 1 kg of the order free. The remaining weight is paid for as usual.

You send your link to a friend. When they add their first cargo, you get DUR — separately for every friend.

30 days before your tier drops, a warning appears in your account: it states the exact day of the drop, how many kilograms will still count on that day and how many you need to ship to keep the tier.
Missions
A mission is a clear condition and a clear reward. When the condition is met, a button unlocks in your account. Monthly missions reopen at the start of every month.

A mission reward is NOT CREDITED AUTOMATICALLY — you have to press the button in your account. The DUR you receive is valid for 60 days.
Departure streak
A departure is each of our batches that leaves China. If you have cargo in consecutive departures, your streak stays unbroken, and when you reach a milestone you get extra DUR. The count goes by DEPARTURES — not by days and not by the number of orders.

After the last milestone the count starts again from zero and the milestones can be earned again. If the streak breaks, it starts over — but from the Plus tier there is a freeze: within every 10 departures you can skip a few and still keep your streak, and the allowance refills in the new cycle.
Shield — pausing the expiry of your DUR
While your cargo is on the way, your DUR may be about to expire. The shield is made for exactly this case: it pauses the clock.

Warning
When 10 days or fewer are left before your DUR expires, a “Turn on the shield” button appears in your account.

+7 days right away
When you press the button, 7 days are added once to every eligible batch of DUR. You don't need to have cargo in China for this.

Cargo on the way — the clock freezes
On the days when your cargo has left China and is on the way, the expiry doesn't move at all. Once the weighing message arrives, the freeze ends and the clock continues from where it stopped.
The total freeze depends on your tier: Start 30 days, Plus 45, Pro 60, Elite 120 days. The shield is granted not to the customer but to a BATCH OF DUR — each batch gets it once in its lifetime.
Inviting friends
You send the link from your account to a friend. The link carries your invitation code by itself — your friend doesn't have to type anything.
- When your friend's registration is approved, they get 5 DUR
- When they add their first item, you get DUR according to your tier — separately for every friend
- An extra 10 DUR for every 8 friends who received cargo
- There is no limit on the number of friends you can invite

The 5 DUR your friend receives is the new-customer bonus. A customer who comes without an invitation gets it too.
How DUR is spent
DUR is used when paying for an order and reduces the order's chargeable weight.
- Every 20 DUR makes 1 kg of the order free
- The minimum per redemption is 5 DUR
- You cannot spend more DUR on an order than that order weighs
- The DUR that expires soonest is spent first

- You have 40 DUR in your account → that's 2 kg
- You pay: for 1 kg instead of 3 kg
- You saved: 2 kg × 9.49 $ ≈ 19 $

Frequently asked questions
Can I exchange DUR for money?
No. DUR cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another customer. It is used only to cover delivery weight — which is why it is more accurate to think of it as free kilograms rather than a discount.
When does DUR expire?
Every batch of DUR has its own expiry date, counted from the day it was credited. DUR earned from an order is valid for your tier's period: Start 90 days, Plus 120, Pro 150, Elite 180 days. Mission and milestone rewards are valid for 60 days. When the period ends, that batch burns — but you can pause the clock with the shield.
Can my tier go down?
Yes. Your tier is calculated from the kilograms shipped over the last 12 months, and it is a rolling window: old orders drop out of the count after 12 months. If no new cargo arrives, the tier goes down. 30 days before that, a warning appears in your account — with the date, the kilograms that will remain and the number you need to ship to keep the tier.
When my tier goes up, does the DUR I already have change?
No. The new rate and the new validity period apply only to your NEXT shipments. The DUR already in your account keeps its amount and its own expiry date.
Is a mission reward credited automatically?
No. When the condition is met, a button unlocks in your account and the DUR is credited when you press it. This is deliberate: you can see exactly what you received, when and why.
Is a departure the same as my order?
No. A departure is one of our batches leaving China. Even if you have two orders in one departure, it counts as a single departure. The streak is counted by departures.
Is DUR connected to the customs limit?
It is not. The monthly customs limit is 200 $, and we stop at 180 $ (a 20 $ safety margin). DUR covers weight, not the value of the goods — so using DUR does not affect the limit.
What do I need to do to take part?
Nothing. Every registered customer takes part automatically. You can see where you stand in your customer account: your tier, DUR balance, open missions and the expiry date of every batch of DUR.
